Nepalis voted Tuesday for a new Constituent Assembly body that will write a new constitution for the nation and also serve as an interim parliament.
Nepalis cast two votes, one for a candidate and a second ballot for a party. 240 seats are allocated for winning candidates and another 335 for parties based on their share of the second ballot.
