Artist Marc Remus Wins Art Competition at Frankfurt’s Mexican Consulate

On Nov. 1, 2012, it was announced that visual artist and painter Marc Remus won the art competition at the Mexican Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany.

Votes

There were 47 artists who exhibited, and the artist with the most visitors’ votes became the official winner.

The total of votes cast was 600, and Remus received the majority of those votes, all on his Mayan painting. He won in both categories. “Most Popular Artist” and “Most Popular Painting” were the categories.
