Motor Bike Blast Kills Two in Mogadishu

Three Wheeler Motorbike Explosion Kills Two

A three wheeler motorbike known as Bajaj by Mogadishu local residents exploded near the cross roads of the Ex-Control area on Sunday.

Several eye witnesses say the blast killed two people.

This blast came days after a car bomb targeting security officials killed four civilians in Mogadishu.

Dharkenley district deputy police chief (Mr. Jimale Adow Mohamed) has revealed that the two people who died in this explosion were riding the motorbike.

The police are investigating the reason for the explosion, to see if it was a planned suicide bomber. They have yet to officially determine the cause, but they suspect that the three wheeler motorbike was loaded with explosive devices.

Suicide bombers usually use private cars and other tactics to carry out their recklessness. Civilians are fed up with these endless dramas of explosions in Mogadishu, Somalia.
