Great Entertainment at Final Thursday Night Market Finish Line

The final evening at the 2009 Folsom Thursday Night Marketplace saw us drinking in a good selection of entertainment, three bands, a juggler and clown.

The sky was slightly cloudy, which kept the temperature down to 91, but added some humidity. There were lots of smiling faces and families walking around.

Thanks go out to Jim Crosthwaite, who did a great job organizing the 12 evenings, each with a different theme. A big “Thank You” to the vendors who came out to the event. Most were unable to make it to all twelve evenings, but there were always some others whe were able to come down at short notice. Special thanks to the Grocery Outlet and other produce and food vendors. Also, an extra “Thank You” to the Sutter Street Merchants who help us make the Thursday Night Marketplace different and interesting.

This final night was called the “Finish Line,” and that sets us up for the Graffiti Night Classic Car show, that runs all day Saturday, from 10am to 10pm. See you there!
