WASHINGTON – (NewsBlaze) The case of who may have forged Barack Obama’s birth certificate took a more public turn on Monday as the conclusions of noted digital imaging expert Doug Vogt became unsealed in an affidavit obtained by NewsBlaze at the US Supreme Court on Monday Morning.
Vogt, the owner of Archive Index systems in Bellevue, Washington in a forty-eight page affidavit along with other supporting material laid down his conclusions that he believes Johanna Ah’nee is the forger of the original certificate of live birth along with other birth certificates released by the Nation’s chief executive and that Kevin Davidson who runs the website obamaconspiracy.org did the research for the document. Also without surprise in the document to eligibility activists is that Vogt also declares Hawaii Registrar Alvin Onaka and Former and now deceased Hawaii Director of Public Health Loretta Fuddy to be involved.
Although the conclusions that Vogt has reached have not been supported by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Maricopa County, Arizona Cold Case Posse or lead investigator Mike Zullo, Vogt’s release has sparked discussion amongst eligibility activists that these may be a guidepost as to where the upcoming Arpaio-Zullo press conference may go.
“I believe Johanna Ah’nee is the forger of the Obama [Certificate of Live Birth] as well other birth certificates created to cover up the first mistake,” Vogt said. The Bellevue, Washington document imaging expert also adds that he intends to show “that Johanna most likely knew Barack Obama II when they were kids in Hawaii.”
Late Monday after NewsBlaze revealed the names on Vogt’s document to the website Birtherreport.com before NewsBlaze went to press, Ah’nee’s Hawaiian Friend and eligibility activist Miki Booth made the following statement. “My friend Johanna had nothing to do with this except to give her birth certificate to me to give to Dr. Corsi and Mike Zullo.”
Ah’nee according to the affidavit allegedly partnered with Kevin Davidson to the research on the document. Davidson, who has become a frequent critic to birthers, even questioning NewsBlaze’s reporting on the issue in our YouTube videos on the issue. Davidson hosts a website dedicated to opposing birthers entitled obamaconspiracy.org
Davidson has expertise in vital statistics from Greenville, South Carolina something which Vogt labels as a “very interesting professional background.” to the case of Obama’s Birth Certificate that included working on the National Association for Public Information Statistics (NAPHSIS) Fraud Prevention Committee. “I’ve looked over the shoulders of vital records staffers as they process births.”
Vogt alleges that not only did Davidson look over the shoulders of records staffers processing births but that an examination of the Davidson-authored Obamaconspiracy.org website includes files of modified Obama Birth Certificates that were modified in April 2010
“Why create a sample or what he called a Reconstruction COLB back in August 2009 long before Dr. [Jerome] Corsi was thinking of writing a book? There was very little pressure on the administration to create a long-form COLB,” Vogt lays out in the Affidavit.
Major portions of the remainder of Vogt’s research center on the Financial Statements of former and now deceased Hawaii Director of Public health Loretta Fuddy. Fuddy died in a plane crash in December of 2013.
Vogt obtained a copy of Fuddy’s financial disclosure forms from 2011 and 2012. His analysis concludes that there was a reduction of her liabilities and debts to the tune of $78,000.00 “there is an income shortfall of no less than $50,000.00 between her disposable income of an estimated $28,000.00 before other living expenses and the $78,000.00 reduction of liabilities by the end of 2011. It looks like she was paid a bribe.”
Despite Vogt’s efforts, his evidence and his motion for a writ of certiorari and for leave to file an affidavit under seal was denied by the US Supreme Court April 21,2014.
