Wes Craven, whose full name was Wesley Earl Craven passed away today. A talented man, he was a film director, writer, producer, and actor. He was mainly known for his work on horror films. He was the creator of the well-known A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise featuring his monster character, Freddy Krueger.
