On April 4th Wednesday, there's a soft opening with a few celebrity guests such as Anna Easteden, Gabriel Tang, Tom Hallick and Gloria Rhoads Berlin who will taste the food and enjoy some jazz.
My favorite however was the Mascarpone Cheesecake, made with cranberry sorbet, strawberry and exotic coulis. Frachie gives you that French Italian experience in a modern contemporary setting.
