Voxbone, provider of worldwide geographical, toll-free and iNum telephone numbers delivers high-quality inbound communications, often referred to as “direct inward dialing,” introduces a new service called VoxTRUNK.
VoxTRUNK helps multinational companies become more efficient by lowering costs when managing inbound voices services. It enables companies to obtain global channels that can be used to receive calls on both geographical and toll-free numbers simultaneously. Prior VoxTRUNK, companies had to buy separate channels for geographical and toll-free numbers.
“Responding to customer requests, we are launching VoxTRUNK to make buying capacity more efficient and flexible,” says Voxbone CEO Rod Ullens. “Enabling geographical and toll-free services to share channels allows our customers to save money and to streamline service setup and management.”
According to Ullens, VoxTRUNK is valuable for call centers, conferencing-service providers, calling-card providers and other business users with large calling requirements, because of the two channels it offers.
On a similar note, Voxbone is expanding its global footprint which includes Vietnam to further benefit its growing customer base.
“Vietnam has one of the fastest-growing economies in the Asia Pacific market, and we’re pleased to make it the 51st country in our expanding global footprint,” adds Ullens.
Voxbone’s services are available to more than 50 countries and in more than 4,000 cities. In 2010 alone, Voxbone’s private global VoIP network carried 2.1 billion minutes of voice traffic. The company has more than 700 wholesale customers around the globe, including Skype, Jajah, Arkadin, IDT, Global Crossing and Voxeo.
