Three ULFA Leaders Arrested in Double Murder Case

Four people including three top leaders of the pro-talk faction of the United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) were arrested by police in connection with a double murder case in Assam’s capital city of Guwahati on Monday, police said.

According to the police report, a team of Guwahati city police arrested four persons including three ULFA leaders from Helsa in Nalbari District.

The arrested ULFA leaders were identified as Hira Saraniya, Pradip Choudhury and Pankaj Kalita.

Police also arrested Sarfaraj Ali Nawaj, a lawyer connected to the murder case.
