Ryan Carnival a Big Hit

Ryan International School had a big carnival yesterday. The event was a huge success with sponsors Godrej, Aviva, Birla Insurance, Springbok International, Siswan Jungle Resort. The event started with a grand Fancy Show with children dressed in a melange of bright hues. This was followed by a baby show.

Toddlers walked the ramp, mouthing very innocent one liners. There were two painting competitions for age groups 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 years and colouring competitions also along with free hand writing competitions.

Parents seemed to be enjoying themselves with their little ones posing for photographs and dancing with joy. A face painting competition with the message ‘Save the Planet Earth’ was also conducted with the kids having their faces painted in bright colours as tigers and Planet Earth.

People were seen having a Gala day enjoying the sunny afternoon with a lot of food to please their palettes. A virtual sea of humanity was thronging throughout the day.

The ex-Ryanites took a trip down memory lane with their teachers looking pleased to have them again. They recalled the groovy music leaving the audiences enthralled. The highlight of the day was Solo Dance and Group Dance competitions. With a lot of prizes to be won, the participants seemed very eager to steal the limelight.
