The citizens of Monaco today celebrated the 155th anniversary of their National Day.
Monaco’s main sources of income is tourism. Many people are attracted to its casino and pleasant climate, according to Wikipedia.
US Secretary of State, Hillary Rodham Clinton, speaking in Washington, DC, extended the congratulations of President Obama and the people of the United States, to the people of Monaco.
She congratulated Prince Albert and Princess Charlene on their marriage and wished them the greatest happiness in the years to come.

She stressed that for more than 150 years, Monaco and the United States have worked together as partners and friends. Both countries share a strong commitment to international cooperation in addressing some of the world’s toughest challenges and greatest opportunities. She said around the world, they are working to promote greater freedom, transparency and human rights.

Monaco’s official religion is Roman Catholicism. Freedom of other religions is also guaranteed by the constitution.
