And, The Winner is … Passport to Adventure

The long-running travel-adventure television series, Passport to Adventure, has been awarded the Visit Britain travel journalism broadcast award for their episode “The Magical Country of Wales,” now airing on PBS stations across the country.

Passport to Adventure was selected from 19 entries representing the Travel Channel, PBS, CBS, the History Channel and others.

The program is filmed in High Definition and features a look inside Welsh culture with visits to a vintner, cheese maker and whiskey distiller, as well as adventures hiking spectacular coastline, cruising picturesque canals, and cycling country lanes.
