Jamaican Campari Caribbean Poster Girl Finalists Unveiled!

Friday night’s Campari Caribbean Poster Girl 2009 Competition unveiling party at the Fiction Lounge, St. Andrew, was nothing short of spectacular. Ten gorgeous women vied for the top four spots in hopes of moving on to the finals in St. Lucia, September 24 – 27th.

Of the ten, the four who moved on to become Jamaican finalists were: Kerrie Baylis, Dionne Ellis, Sarah Ann Dunn and Renee Gayle in this, the Caribbean’s first ever Campari Poster Girl competition.

According to Campari’s Brand Manager, Trishauna Kirlew, “The selection process was a tedious from start to finish including makeup challenges, a photo shoot and advertisement writing and recording. In the end, Campari chose four (4) women with sass, sophistication and eloquence. Kerrie, Rene, Sarah Ann and Dionne will jet off to St. Lucia to represent us in the Caribbean finals in late September, bring with them our world renowned Jamaican attitude and style. In the end only one girl will be the Campari Caribbean Poster Girl for 2009.”

Throughout the years Campari has always been represented by undeniable sophistication: the likes of Selma Hayek, Eva Mendes and presently Jessica Alba have all represented Campari as International calendar girls, and this indicates the solid and classy reputation of the brand. The Campari Caribbean Poster Girl 2009 is an excellent title for any aspiring or seasoned Caribbean model to hold in her portfolio and undoubtedly the title will change one girl’s life. Other contestants who will contest the title hail from a number of Caribbean islands including Trinidad, St. Lucia, Bahamas, Grenada and more.
