L.A. Matchmaker Elite Connections Helps Homeless Kids in L.A.

Elite Connection’s L.A. matchmaking team held their 17th annual Party With A Purpose children’s Christmas party Tuesday at Safe Place for Youth in Venice, California. Over the last few months, their company has hosted two fundraiser parties to raise funds for the children’s party.

Elite Connections stated that they gave over one hundred youth the most amazing holiday season they ever had. The children who attended the Christmas event were reportedly given a new Everest hiking backpack filled with fantastic gifts, new shoes and clothing and a Christmas gift of their choice. The Christmas gifts the children got to choose, were from top of the line skateboards, mobile phones with thirty days of unlimited service, credit cards, food gift cards, and sleeping bags. A lot of the children chose a skateboard, which they loved. Elite Connections reports that others chose a mobile phone so they could call their relatives or friends they have rarely gotten the chance to speak with otherwise.

Sherri Murphy created the Party With a Purpose event seventeen years ago. She says she thought it would be a good way of getting the community involved to help Los Angeles children in need. Sherry says that the goal every year is to give every child at their event the best day they have ever had. With the help of the L.A. matchmakers and their volunteers, Sherri Murphy says that the whole day was filled with love, joy and Christmas spirit. “Without this holiday event, the children would have had nothing special to celebrate the holiday season with,” Sherri says. The L.A. matchmakers states that they want to thank everyone that participated with the fundraisers and children’s event. Sponsors of the 2016 events were Elite Connections International, Regenix and Youngblood Cosmetics.

Elite Connections is Los Angeles’ premiere matchmaking company, that hand picks every match for their clients, which the agency says gives proven, successful results.
