Folsom Police Department arrested three Sacramento men, Andre Yeremenko, Fidel Barajas, and James Riley, on burglary and conspiracy charges. The men, two aged 29 and the other 19,19 years-old, all from Sacramento on burglary and conspiracy charges.
Police were contacted by Costco employees on Monday, at approximately 7:43 PM, regarding two men inside the store stealing Sony PS3 play stations. The men exited the store through a rear door and jumped into an awaiting vehicle. The vehicle, a 2005 silver Honda Accord, was chased by store employees.
Folsom Police caught up with the vehicle in the area of Folsom Auburn Road and Greenback Lane where all of the occupants were arrested without incident.
Costco employees told police they were alerted by other area Costco store loss prevention officers, of multiple thefts of Sony PS3 playstations and a possible related vehicle.
Photographs of the suspects are not available for release, due to the ongoing investigation with other law enforcement agencies.
