FORWARD OPERATING BASE RUSTAMIYAH, Iraq – Sgt. 1st Class James Boucher, a Lakewood, Wash., native, gives an Iraqi child an opportunity to dress up as a U.S. Army Soldier at the Al-Fahdl Clinic. Boucher lives in Rosepine, La. and was on a patrol to mingle with Iraqis within Troop A’s operating environment.
