FORWARD OPERATING BASE RUSTAMIYAH, Iraq – Sgt. 1st Class James Boucher, a Lakewood, Wash., native, gives an Iraqi child an opportunity to dress up as a U.S. Army Soldier at the Al-Fahdl Clinic. Boucher lives in Rosepine, La. and was on a patrol to mingle with Iraqis within Troop A’s operating environment. He serves as a platoon sergeant with Troop A, 3rd Squadron, 89th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, (Light), Multi-National Division – Baghdad,(U.S. Army photo by Spc.
