This fall, the CW is about to make Thursdays the night for the “Supernatural” with their #1 show The Vampire Diaries and their new series, The Secret Circle, also based on a series of young adult books from author L.J. Smith and developed for television by Vampire Diaries creator Kevin Williamson.
Britt Robertson of Life Unexpected stars as Cassie, a young woman who moves to a small town after the death of her mother. She befriends a trio of teenagers, who told Cassie that they’re witches — and so is she, drawing her into the eternal battle between good and evil.

Co-starring are Thomas Dekker (Heroes and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles), Natasha Henstridge (Species and Eli Stone), and Gale Harold (Queer as Folk and Desperate Housewives).
