Who exactly was present in a simple gray house on Violette Street (in Waterville, Maine), where the father (Justin DiPietro) of Ayla Reynolds lives, last Friday night (December 16th), when an injured 20-month-old precious child went missing? What is needed is a checklist of these people, but obviously neither the Maine State Police, the Waterville Police, nor the FBI will disclose this most significant information.
Two cars parked in front of the gray house (which seems to be a fulcrum of everyone’s attention) were towed by the police. One of them belonged to Justin, but the other vehicle was the property of an anonymous woman (a non-family member), who seems to have been present that ghastly Friday evening we keep speaking of. Who is this mystery woman.
Neighbors to the Reynolds have reported two out-of-place incidents that must be characteristic as meaningful, with regard to what may have happened to this innocent child, Ayla Bell Reynolds. One oddity is that a car pulls up to the Reynolds’ house that peculiar night. Who was this visitor? An even grander idiosyncrasy is the loud noise heard by a neighbor who lives behind the Reynolds.
The crash or thump (or whatever type of sound it was) in the night was so loud that it woke up her dog and the dog started barking! This loud noise occurs at 3:30 AM. Most people are sound asleep at this time, but in the case, a strange occurrence went down in this mostly, simply silent gray abode, that perpetually flashes ‘cross our HD TV sets. This suspicious milestone of a bump-in-the-night noise begs for more definition and a better explanation.
And another unexplained incident is incapable of rational mitigation, other than one that points in a direction of culpability. That is, a benign elucidation is rather a more difficult assertion to ascertain, given the nature of the precarious evidence. I’ll not beat around the bush anymore! JVM’s Issues reported last night that Justin had texted Trista a few days before Ayla vanished, that (and I’m paraphrasing): “I fear someone is going to take the child.”
As if Justin is looking into a crystal ball and seeing into the future a scenario of exactly what will happen to the child. Coincidences very often happen, but the percentages remain on the low side of probability in the larger world of statistical happenstance, in terms of the ‘material world of reoccurring phenomenon.’ How did Justin DiPietro know that someone was going to take baby Ayla away, is still the question?
Very odd, to say the least. And another quirk that just occurred to me this morning, which speaks volumes about a case that already has a wealth of unreconciled, counter-intuitive data (such as the account of how Ayla broke her arm, or why Health and Human Services would award Justin custody of the child, after Trista had reported a number of suspicious bruises on the child when in the care of the young father), is why don’t we see any photos published in the news of Justin?
Does he prefer to remain invisible? And why is this so? Justin finally did release a guarded statement to the press, which was published by the Morning Sentinel. He claims he is being up front with the cops and straight with a tensely-wired public (who demand immediate answers), and he even says he’s had a good deal of contact with Ayla’s mother, Trista Reynolds.
Trista keeps emphasizing she is totally estranged from the daddy. Nothing adds up here! Right-side up is upside down. And the vigilant searches of neighborhood dumpsters casts a dark pall on yet another case (one of many for 2011) of a missing infant who simply vanishes from the face of the earth.
