“Religious liberty does not mean taking away others’ rights”
“The more you speak against Islam and against all Muslims, the more terrorists it will create.” – Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Peace Prize Winner
This is a hypothetical reflection because of the fact that Malala Yousafzai should know that the United States never in its history up to now has acted against any country or any people due to their different religion, faith, culture, language, race, color and holy places, but only against Islamic terrorism.
So it should be appreciated that America is not speaking against authentic Islam and Muslims, but speaking and acting only against Islamic terrorists. Neither are they fighting against Islam as a religion or civilization, but only against Islamic terrorism and terrorists.
Therefore, to say something in favor to solve terrorism, Albanian journalist Kastriot Myftaraj, first of all must have some general knowledge of American history, politics, diplomacy, laws, culture, traditions, civilization and national vital interests before making a conclusion. In addition, he should know how America and Europe fights against Muslim terrorism and terrorists, but not at all suggest dropping atomic bombs on Islamic holy places such as Mecca and Medina. It would be a fatal political mistake because neither Mecca and Medina (as holy places) nor are Islam and the holy Qur’an guilty of the criminal acts of the Muslim terrorists although they profess to belong to the Islam religion.
Myftaraj’s thesis is inconsistent with the real politics of the President of the United States of America. US President Barack Obama has stressed, “We are not at war with Islam. We are at war with people who have perverted Islam. Muslim leaders need to do more to discredit the notion that our nations are determined to suppress Islam.”
This is too true and not the irrational and absurd Albanian journalist of Tirana who wrote that holy Islamic places like Mecca and Medina should be hit by atomic bombs because America and Europe are against Islamic terrorism, but with Islam as a religion!” This is stupidity nightmare of Kastriot Myftaraj. Such appalled requirement is untrue, anti-human and racist because of the fact that neither the United States nor the Western Europe aren’t at war with Islam as a religion and civilization (as draws in very wrong conclusion journalist Kastriot Miftaraj with his commentary), but with terrorism .
The political propagandistic appeal by Albanian journalist Kastriot Myftaraj from Tirana that “Mecca and Medina should be hit by the atomic bombs like Japanese cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki” is nonsense.
Therefore, neither individuals nor groups, states or organizations have the right to bomb the holy places be it for the purpose of political, ideological, religious or for mafia purposes and profits because they are protected by international laws for centuries since their establishment until today.
We need to emphasize the fact that all terrorist efforts and acts will be vain and unproductive as willl be their propaganda as their main tool for mobilization. Mecca and Medina are not guilty, and neither are the Vatican or Jerusalem, they are all holy places for worship.
Terrorists do not recognize God, laws or humanism, but they are paid to kill innocent people everywhere without mercy.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the victims of Japanese militarism, not the victims of “divine religion” as K. Myftaraj libeled. On the contrary, Hiroshima and Nagasaki were bombed by the United States as a counter response to the Japanese militarism not as a contra response of the Japanese “divine religion.”
This is a libel, a lie, a provocation and a dirty propagandistic war against Islam and Qur’an too, that is aiming to make equal with Al Qaeda and ISIS terrorism with the intent to push war between Islam and Christian religions as at the time of the Crusades centuries ago. Hence, such very wrong Kastriot Myftari’s thesis should be completely rejected because terrorism cannot be eradicated by bombing any place, be it Islamic or Christian, but only with common war of the international community (America, Europe, China, Russia, Japan etc.)
The essence of the problem of Islamic terrorism should not be sought in the denial of Islam and Qur’an by Al Qaeda and ISIS terrorists because these two terrorist organizations are the main sources that generate terrorism.
The racist and perverse thesis of Kastriot Myftaraj refutes U.S. President Barack Obama’s assessment that “We are not at war with Islam. We are at war with people who have perverted Islam.”
In addition, former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that neither authentic Islam nor the Qur’an “are the main sources that are generating terrorism,” as Kastriot Myftaraj’s wrong thesis surmises.
According to Myftaraj’s abstract and political propagandistic thesis, the only strategic alternative to fight Islamic terrorism is to destroy Islam through the “bombing of Mecca and Medina.” Such a proposal allegedly to “resolve conflict” between two civilizations (Islam and Christianity), is unacceptable in every aspect. Al Qaeda and ISIS alone are responsible for their terrorism, extremism and radicalism.
Furthermore, Kastriot Myftaraj’s proposal “to hit Mecca and Medina with atomic bombs” cannot be found in Adolf Hitler’s book “Mein Kampf” to destroy other religions and civilizations in Europe and the world. The Albanian journalist attempted to falsify the history of America’s war against Japan!
Here’s how Albanian journalist Kastriot Myftaraj sets and “justified” his wrong thesis against Japanese militarism, being converted that in “ Arahitogami devine religion”: “The world’s problem with Islam could be solved becoming Mecca in Hiroshima, and Medina in Nagasaki due to the fact that Islamic terrorism is the same with the problem of the United States of America with Japanese militarism at the end of the Second World War. Then Japanese were convinced that their emperor Arahitogami was a divinity incarnate as a man.”
“This was his divine status enshrined in the Constitution of Japan. Dropping of atomic bombs by the Americans in two Japanese cities, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, was intended to destroy the faith of the Japanese in the divine status of the ruler of Japan. If the emperor was a deity, then it is assumed that he had the power to protect the Japanese territory from these appalling weapons. When this happened, the public was losing confidence that the emperor was divine.”
Half a million Japanese civilian victims were not killed due to their religious belief, but due to Japan’s militarism. The main reasons the United States of America used atomic bombs on Hiroshima (6 August) and Nagasaki (9 August) were these (3) factors: 1) Revenge against Japan’s military air strikes on Pearl Harbor, killed 2,500 people, injured more than 1,000 others, and destroyed 18 American ships and 300 aircraft. Almost half of the victims were in the naval warship ‘Arizona’ which was shot four times by Japanese bombers”; 2)Acceleration of the ending of the Second World War, in the region of Japan in the Pacific, without waiting for the intervention of Soviet troops; (3) Geostrategic factor.
It was not any religious belief of the Japanese people in “the divinity of the emperor Arahitogami.”
In conclusion, only someone who does not know the history of the United States and the world civilizations would advocate that Mecca and Medina should be targeted by atomic bombs. Myftaraj ignores centuries of truth of the United States which has never gone to any battle or war against any nation to fight because of their religion or belief (whether Christian or Muslim etc.). It does not figure anywhere in the history and politics of the United States, from July 4, 1776 to December 2015).
Therefore, it is ignorance to propose that Islam holy places Mecca and Medina should be bombed by the United States as suggested by Kastriot Myftaraj in his commentary.
