Each time Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, delivers a speech to the state members of the United Nations Organization (UN) the truth shines from each word he utters.
On September 24, 2026, Mr. Netanyahu stood proudly at the UN General Assembly plenum representing 10 million Israeli residents of his country, the only Jewish state. He delivered his annual speech with words that resounded worldwide.
For the Israelis it is a privilege to defend their state he said. This land was designated by God for His people as their homeland.
The anti-Semites, Israel and Jews haters on steroids, representatives of seventy seven countries, left the UN plenum or did not attend when Mr. Netanyahu walked to the podium. However they may not have listened to each word he said in the hall but their staff world have, and his words were shown on external monitors and listed in the transcripts. It is remarkable that some of those countries receive help and support from Israel.
Since the Jews of Israel have nowhere to go, the anti-Semites will not win no matter how hard they try.
“Israel has no choice but to win,” Netanyahu told the UN.
Israel Is a Refuge for All Jews
The modern state of Israel was founded in 1948 as a sovereign homeland and legal refuge for the Jewish people. It is anchored primarily by the Law of Return, passed in 1950 and expanded in 1970, which grants every Jew the right to immigrate and gain citizenship.
The Jewish state emerged out of Theodor (Binyamin Ze’ev) Herzl’s Zionist movement’s idea and the catastrophic devastation of the Holocaust, with the explicit intent that Jews would never again be a vulnerable minority anywhere without a sanctuary.
In the past seven decades, Israel has absorbed millions of Jewish refugees, immigrants who were fleeing violence, discrimination, and expulsion from countries in Europe, Middle East, North Africa, and the former Soviet Union. Today, Israel houses the largest Jewish community in the world of just over 7.8 million Jews.
Israel, Jews’ Shield
In the face of ongoing and spreading global anti-Semitism sentiments, Israelis and a vast majority of the global Jewry view Israel vital to their identity, peoplehood and long-term survival.
Notes About Netanyahu’s Speech
Mr. Netanyahu’s speech’s topic was his state’s survival and defending the state, no matter what, a clear message to all those foes who wish Israel harm.
The Jewish State’s PM was not moved by the mindless “moral” cowards who left the UN hall in protest.
Iran, Then and Now
It was fourteen years ago when Mr. Netanyahu stood on the same UN podium and drew a red line against Iran’s ayatollahs.
He vowed then to prevent Iran’s murderous regime from developing nuclear bombs, lethal nuclear weapons such as a ballistic missile with nuclear warhead, aimed at destroying Israel. Those same nuclear weapons that could threaten the entire world, as has been made clear in the past three years.
Destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities was difficult to do, Mr. Netanyahu explained. However, for him it was one of the easiest decisions he had to make as the Prime Minister of the Jewish State. “Because if we hadn’t done it, we’d all be dead” he explained.
Israel Defends The World
Pointing a finger at the delegates who left the hall, Mr. Netanyahu remarked that in defending itself, Israel is also defending many of the countries those delegates represent. More so, Iran’s long range intercontinental ballistic missiles, known as ICBM, would target Europe and the United States should Iran could have them. Such missiles are capable of delivering nuclear warheads across continents.
In private conversation, the leaders of many of those who left the hall even thanked Israel for taking out Iran’s nukes which he called “mind-blowing hypocrisy.”
Ongoing Annihilation Threats Towards Israel
Since its establishment Israel has been facing annihilation threat.
In 1948, five Arab states converged on the nascent state to prevent it from being established.
Then came June 5, 1967, when Israel fought a coalition of threatening Arab states, primarily Egypt, Syria, and Jordan. The war ended in six days with Israel’s victory, known as the Six Day War, with Israel recapturing the Sinai Peninsula, Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights territories, all mentioned in the Bible.
Yom Kippur 1973 – Arab Annihilation Aim
The 1973 holy day of Yom Kippur began at sunset on Friday, October 5, 1973, and ended at nightfall on Saturday, October 6, 1973.
Not accepting the loss of their territories in 1967, in a coordinated effort Egypt and Syria made a surprise attack on Israel. That was the Holiest Jewish day, while the Jews were praying in their synagogues, totally unprepared to fight a war that day.
What is known as the Yom Kippur War – 6–25 October 1973 – ended up with Israeli forces advancing within about 101 kilometers (≈ 63 miles) of Cairo, Egypt’s capital. They recaptured the southern Golan and advanced toward Damascus, reaching within about 30 kilometers of the Syrian capital.
Israel’s survival mode continues.
October 7, 2023
October 7, 2023 was the darkest day in Israel’s history.
On that horrific day, thousands of Gaza Arab-terrorists broke through the border fence and stormed from Gaza into southern Israel. Their full intention was to murder every Jew in Israel, a genocidal intent indeed.
The Hamas terrorists committed the worst slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust. With fiendish glee and sadistic joy they used GoPro cameras and live-streamed the murders of men, women, children and even dogs and shared the sordid attack with the entire world.
That was a monstrosity act in which altogether these terrorists slaughtered 1,200 Israelis that day.
Proportionate Comparison
With Israel having 10 million population, 1,200 dead innocent Israelis is equivalent to 40,000 innocent Americans slaughtered in less than 24 hours. That is 13.4 times the 9/11 (September 11, 2001) outcome of the Arab terror attack on America that day.
Israel Has No Choice But to Win
Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been fighting a war on seven-fronts. Three years of a war with Hamas to the South, Hezbollah to the north, the Houthis in faraway Yemen and Iran at approximately 1,110 miles (1,786 kilometers) distance. Additionally, Israel is facing constant confrontations with militias in Iraq and Syria as well as with the Arab terrorists, the usurpers of land in Judea and Samaria.
Though they all ganged up on Israel to wipe the Jewish state from the face of the earth, they failed AGAIN.
They failed because instead of collapsing, Israel delivered crippling, fatal blows to their leaders and lands.
And despite the pain, despite the agony, Israelis do not give in.
Iran Against The Big and Small Satan
Decades ago, Mr. Netanyahu understood that if left unchallenged, the fanatic Iran’s ayatollahs who chant “Death to America! Death to Israel!” would eventually carry out their mad fantasies.
So Israel and the U.S. have been collaborating in their fight against Iran, not only to protect ourselves, but to protect the world and save civilization.
Throughout this long war, Israel’s goal never wavered. Winning for there is no other option.
Global Front: Anti-semitism
The rising of global anti-Semitism not only demonizes Israel and Jews but also spills Jewish blood.
The global anti-Semitism is spread in part by Arab countries, to name one is Qatar. These anti-Israel and Jews have invested untold billions of dollars to spread their despise through U.S. and European universities.
Their goal has been clear; to brainwash young minds to hate Israel, hate America and hate the West.
Vanquishing The Lies
Accusing Israel of genocide when the Gaza population increases, not decreases, is the greatest lie one can spread, Mr. Netanyahu claimed.
Israel didn’t commit genocide in Gaza, rather, Israel prevented the genocide of its own people on October 7, 2023.
So to all those who spread lies about Israel and Jews, including Zohran Mamdani, the mayor of New York City, shame on all of you.
The lies the anti-Semites spread about the Jews and the Jewish state have real consequences. They cause bloodshed. Attacks on Jews walking in the street, or institutions occur often.
It will take time to vanquish the lies but ultimately, the Jewish People will prove the world wrong and definitely will prevail.
A Call to Stand Up Proud
According to Mr. Netanyahu, the days when Jews were defenseless victims who were marched to the slaughter in what ended to be the Holocaust, are over!
Today Jews have a state, a refuge guarantor. This land is the same land where the Jewish Forefathers – Abraham, Isaac, Jacob – King David, King Solomon and the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah once lived.
Today Jews have an army to defend them and the willingness to defend themselves.
And one, resounding message from Mr. Netanyahu to the entire Jewish nation, in Israel and abroad: stand tall and be proud. You are the epitome example of survival.
As the Bible reads, “netzach Yisrael lo yeshaker,” meaning, the eternity of Israel is no lie.
The political and cultural entities known as Israel and Judea have existed for roughly 3000 years. As the popular slogan goes, the nation of Israel is alive and will continue being alive.
