The Left, the liberal Jews in the West, with majority in the United States, and many other groups, are all simply obsessed with their despise of the Jewish State of Israel and want to see her fail, right out.
To this crowd it is time to tell the following:
In spirit Israel needs their support but their scorn is rejected and this rejection will grow, and so will the distance.
In general, only in some subjects Israel still needs the United States support, but, seemingly, those are dwindling.
By 2013-14 Israel will already be exporting its natural gas and probably totally independent on its crude oil consumption.
Jewish donors, of goodwill remain welcome, but Jewish donors of vilification, the Thomas Friedman and the like, stay away, as you are ignored and most unwelcome in Israel.
If the Lefty crowd think that Obama is the best the US folk can produce to be their president and the best this wonderful country has to offer as a leader, than, it is trouble indeed, for the USA in particular, but also the world at large.
Israel’s latest economic figures are telling an all time record of 94.3% employment, higher than of the USA.
In an attempt to keep the prices of apartments from skyrocketing, the Government of Israel has started a large home building drive. While in the USA property value is continuing to sink.
The supermarkets, the malls, the restaurants and the like places where the public is emptying their wallets are crowded.
In the recent Paris Air Show, Israel collected, an all time record orders for military hardware, made in Israel.
Additionally, the European Airbus Company trounced the US firms – i.e. Boeing, Learjet and Gulfstream Aircraft – on orders of civilian aircraft. That is an added very bad news for the already faltering US economy.
Israel’s National Debt: it is still high for Israel but is on the descent. By 2014, with gas and oil revenues already coming in, the forecast is it will drop to about 45%, Gross National Product (GNP). That would then be one of the best GNP records in the world.
Military: There is not one Arab military force that Israel cannot fight – and win – but Israel must always be vigilant.
Iran: is a huge problem that must be monitored, as closely as possible. However, on the “lighter” side, Iran seems to have no end of functional impacts on their nuclear industry, due to viruses and “accidents.”
Reading the above and despite all the lies, the deception, the whitewashing of Jewish-Israel history, the boycotts, the divestments, the sanctions and the pure hate towards Israel, who will end up being the winner? Take all this into account.
