If you ask most people what word or attitude is opposite of love they will probably say hate is the opposite. The honest answer would not be hate but would be indifference.
Indifference is a terrible attitude when it comes to law and order. Those who care little about society, friends, and neighbors are certainly indifferent to others and their rights.
Law and order helps keep a free society to remain free but what is the cost of keeping the law and the enforcement of law? Enforcement is the job of our police forces across the United States.
The judiciary cost or penalty for breaking the law is just as expensive as keepers of the law.
In 2010 these four types of crime; murder, rape, assault and robbery consumed $42 billion in direct costs, including police, courts, and correctional institutions. Expenses borne by victims, lost wages or earnings, medical for perpetrators who were arrested and convicted; these total costs added up to $137 per each American.
The solution to this huge problem differs depending on your political persuasion. Republicans see light at the end of the tunnel. Most of them believe the same as the framers of our constitution believed.
A republic is best for a free nation because people are intelligent enough to govern their lives. This is the principle of agency.
Men must be free to make decisions and live with their decisions, and if wrong, they must correct their paths and re-vote a person who represents their need for freedom and the right to exercise their agency.
Democrats have a philosophy that everyone must be subject to the balance and the will of the majority, good or bad.
Elections are a popularity contest not more than what we see in Hollywood. The more popular a person becomes, the greater their chances are of being elected. The most popular either gives away things or is pleasing to the senses of their fans.
Most of the Democratic system of government is not based upon the foundation of religious origin and there is no recognition of the framers’ intent. Democrats believe it is not geared with God as the source of correct principles. So they promote abortion, same sex marriage, homosexuality, and limit the rights of freedom with a heavy hand.
The source of unalienable rights is restricted to the consent of the majority, good or bad. In my years on this earth I have learned the Democratic philosophy is indifferent to the rule of agency. Man should be free to make decisions good or bad and then stand up to their right or wrong decisions.
Ferguson Missouri is a prime example of how government is screwing up the progress of a nation with a legal system that operates without government intervention. Democrats think you are too stupid to know what is best for your own state and city.
Our justice system is so watered down by bleeding heart liberal democrats who scream social unrest even before any facts are found, either good or bad.
A system that can not function without presidential intervention scares the hell out of me. Homeland security is a money eating monster that is used for surveillance of its own people to let people know big brother is watching.
Laws have been scaled down so that the victim has no rights and the perpetrators have most of the rights. I’m sure police cringe when they are called out to a serious situation and need to put their lives on the line.
The legal system is giving the edge to the criminal not the victim and they find loopholes in case laws that allow slippage in legal procedures that allow many to receive probation or lighter penalties.
They allow police to use tactics used in war to overcome serious situations but then water down the law to the point where the penalty for breaking the law is negated.
Why is this happening?
It is the process of building a police state and gaining power through force and fear. When the government is in control of forces that can use their power to control people, it has become a police state and guess who is in charge – the government.
Government under Democrats stifles the right of self-determination and instead makes a system Democrats believe in, which is mandatory acceptance. Government becomes so large everyone is controlled by their law because the basic man is seen as stupid.
They know what is best for you and you are too stupid to make any decisions for yourself.
God help us if we don’t wake up, because in twenty more years our one-time republic will be gone and the evil empire will have taken the rights of every American.
No guns, except for criminals, fewer people will own property, government will completely control health care and if you are not in favor, you are dead, wages and jobs will be obtained from the government, and punishment for not living to their laws will be hard time.
Sounds more like communism than a free nation with rights and agency and the American way.
