Are Doomsday Predictions True?

We read all the doomsday predictions about the end of the world. The big one is this December 21 of 2012 from those who tell us they understand the Mayan calendar. As time grows closer to this date I’m sure there will be more predictions about this event.

Over 200 predictions about the end of the world have been made by various religious preachers, scientists and just quacks but to date none have happened. It has been predicted since the beginning of time and it will not go away.

What this person or that person thinks about the end of the world isn’t really important and I will not try to make any predictions pertaining to the demise of the world.

Many read the Bible and say they can tell when the world will end. Others seek out Nostradamus and even modern day men like John Quade seem to gather a following. Why are people searching for the end?

The Bible tells us it will happen and also says no man will know the day and time when it comes. This storm in the east coast has really made some people blink and wonder.

We in America are probably more gullible of these predictions mostly because this is a Christen base nation. Few people understand the Bible and they interpret it according to their own understanding.

One big theory now is Planet X and how we who live on planet earth will have a doomsday in the near future when Planet X comes close to the earth.

They claim 2/3 of the population of the earth will parish. They also claim our government isn’t telling the public about Planet X and they are preparing for this disaster when it comes.

They our government is building underground protection, facilities, for those who the government selects to live while this disaster strikes the earth. Sounds like a great movie line and tale but who really knows.

They claim FEMA just purchased 700,000,000 MRE’s for the disaster which they believe will happen soon.

Well good or bad the Earth will one day claim many lives and disasters will continue without end. It has been since the dawn of time and it will continue until the end of time.

Whatever we do, let us not run faster than our legs can carry us and our brains can imagine because every day living is more important than tomorrows disasters and predictions.

Fear is a great motivator and is used by some to motivate people into their way of life and buy into schemes of money making ideas to benefit their greedy selfish desires. If we just live worthy lives trying to be good people we will have no fear. There are certain facts that exist.

One, there is a God and he does live. We are subject to his laws. Time will end for us on this planet Earth. Who and what we make of our selves will determine our future. If the end comes in our day and age and we have done all we can to live and be good honest loving people, what do we have to fear?

Just prepare for tomorrow but be smart about today and live it with love and appreciation for life and the journey you are taking. . .
