Alarm Guaranteed to Get You Out of Bed

If you are like me, when the alarm goes off, you get up, walk across the room, hit snooze, and go back to bed. Then you repeat the process for the next hour until you realize “Holy #@*% I’m late!”

Now there is an alarm app for your Android device that you just can’t get out of bed, press snooze, and go back to sleep. Sleep if U Can uses a photo matching system to make the alarm stop.

Take a photo of an object in your house when you set the app up. When the alarm goes off, you will have to get up, return to where you took the original photo, and take a new one to turn off the alarm. If the photo doesn’t match up, it will keep going off.

Some of the objects the app developer suggests include the bathroom sink, your front door, a shelf, or a desk, far from your bed. A few places that are not recommended are: places where the brightness changes frequently, objects close to your bed, the ceiling, or the floor.

I personally wouldn’t recommend taking a photo of something at the neighbors house either. They might wonder why you are in their house taking photos in your underwear at 6AM.

The application is free and available in the Android App Store.
