Judge Marsha Revel, on Tuesday, ruled that Lohan, 23, violated the terms of her probation in a drunken driving case. She didn’t go to alcohol education classes.
“I wasn’t trying to get special treatment,” Lohan pleaded. “I have to provide for myself. I have to work. Having said that, I did everything to balance my jobs and showing up. I’m not taking this as a joke. I take responsibility for my actions. I’ve tried to do the best I can.”
“Mean Girls,” “Freaky Friday” and “Herbie Fully Loaded” failed to comply with the weekly attendance directive for her alcohol education classes, the prosecutor argued. An operator, Cheryl Marshall, from the class testified that Lohan had nine absences.
Revel was harsh with Marshall for not reporting Lohan’s behavior.
Lohan complied with the program, Shapman Chapman Holley, Lohan’s attorney.
