Convergys Partners with Sigma Systems and Transforms Relationship Management

Convergys Corporation, which provides business solutions focusing on relationship management, has entered a strategic, worldwide reseller agreement with Sigma Systems, a company that delivers advanced IP service fulfillment solutions.

In the agreement, Convergys will integrate Sigma Systems’ OSS software solutions into the former’s Convergys Smart Revenue Solutions Suite. The joint solutions will provide communications and cable/broadband/satellite providers in both residential and business markets. It includes advanced OSS and BSS software for the design, delivery, and management of next generation communications and entertainment services.

Sigma’s advanced IP service fulfillment solutions that are built for complex service bundling allow global communications service providers to quickly, efficiently and continually expand their portfolio of innovative and differentiated revenue-generating service offerings. All this can be delivered over any access technology and to any device.
