Coastal Properties Group International Expands Dunedin Office

Coastal Properties Group International/Christie’s International Real Estate has announced expansion plans for its Dunedin office located at 437 Main Street. The company is taking over the space previously occupied by the tenant next door. The expansion will double the size of the office and is scheduled to be completed by August 2014.

“The Dunedin office is one of our most frequently visited due to its desirable downtown location and high visibility factor,” explained Alex Jansen, Coastal’s CEO and Owner. “It was one of our first locations to open in 2012; and due to the additional Real Estate Advisors joining the firm we have outgrown the original space. Acquiring the space next door will allow us todoublethe office size,thus enabling us to add additionalconference/closing rooms and additional work space for our Real Estate Advisors.”

Coastal Property Group International has more than 95 Real Estate Advisors working within the firm’s network of eight boutique branch locations. Ranked 3rd in closed sales in N. Pinellas County, Coastal has a current listing inventory of over 300 properties, with an average list price of $635,000.
