Courage Comes At A Price, Also A Reward

Courage Comes At A Price, Also A Reward

Courage is hard to find these days. Courage you find in the state of Israel.

As each day passes, my awe for the citizens of Israel grows; admiration for their resilience, strength and adherence to orders of the Home Front Command.

All emanate from their love for life and their homeland.

Courage You Can Find In Israel

I read and watch the news daily because the Israeli Jews – seven million of them – are the successors of the Holocaust generation and for them survival has more than one meaning.

It means the very popular cliché: ‘Am Yisrael Chai’, meaning, the nation of Israel is alive; it means continuity and it means ‘NEVER AGAIN’ would anyone take our life without us being able to defend ourselves.

The attempts to kill Israelis and destroy their homeland, the state of Israel, did not start on October 7 of 2023 with the Hamas massacre of 1200 Jews in southern Israel. Rather, these attempts go back decades, even centuries, according to the ancient Bible and Jewish history.

Since the birth of the idea and then the establishment of a third Jewish commonwealth – a Jewish state – some 120 years ago in the ancestral land of Israel, where 3,500 years ago the Israelites first settled, the Jews have been fighting for their survival in that very land.

The surrounding Arab countries simply would not leave the Jews alone forcing them to fight a war after a war intermittently.

And despite it all, Israel has been standing courageously, then and now, tall and with all the might it can amass, most of the time against all odds. A country ready to defend itself against any enemy and set an example to the world.

Iran’s Case

The latest case of courage is Israel’s ‘Rising Lion Operation’ aiming to destroy Iran’s nuclear program.

Iran, is approximately 1,648,195 sq./km (636,372 sq./ml) with a population of 60 million and 2,308 km (1,434 miles) distance from Israel, while Israel is approximately 21,937 sq./km (8,470 sq./ml) with 10 million population in total.

The two countries do not share a border, yet since the revolution in Iran, which led to the replacement of the Imperial State of Iran by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Islamic regime chants: “death to Israel” while they are busy developing nuclear weapons intended to be used for the destruction of Israel.

Israel first and foremost successfully destroyed Iran’s air defense which left the sky open and free for Israel’s air force operations. In just six days the Rising Lion Operation disabled most of Iran’s capabilities to fight against Israel’s military operations in the skies and land of the country.

What remained operational in Iran is its ballistic missiles which it has been firing aimlessly at Israel’s civilian population centers, hitting private homes, and a hospital.

That is not courage, this is war crimes.

Help For Israel

The entire world has been watching the events as they have been unfolding in Iran and Israel.

Israel thanks the United States, Britain and other countries that have been helping to intercept the salvos of Iran’s ballistic missiles speeding toward Israel and thus they have helped sparing the lives of many in Israel.

The Fight Is For The Entire World

Israel is fighting a war for the rest of the world because it is not only Israel that Iran wants to destroy; it wants to destroy the entire infidel west. But the west has been unable to face Iran so it appeased it for years hoping that the Iranian crocodile will eat them last.

By destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities Israel is busy saving the world from a possible nuclear disaster.

Courage Comes At A Price, Also A Reward 2

At this junction, we are all watching, with bated breath, the events unfolding in Iran by the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) and Iran’s retaliation actions against the state of Israel.

When the Rising Lion Operation is completed, Israel will be safer and its reward, it will no longer live under Iran’s threat to destroy it.

A Prayer

We owe Israel our support and our prayer for the nation of Israel:

Today, Thursday, June 19, 23 in the month of Sivan in the Hebrew calendar, 2500 years ago, the day when King Ahasuerus granted Queen Esther’s request and allowed the Jews of the Persian empire to defend themselves against their enemies.

Your thanks is required in this prayer:

Psalms Chapter 10

A Psalm of thanksgiving: Sing to the LORD, all the earth: Serve the LORD with gladness, come before him with singing: Know that the LORD is God; it is he who made us (and not us), and we are his people and the sheep of his pasture: enter his gates. In thanksgiving, let them enter into his courts, and praise his name: for the LORD is good: his mercy endureth forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

May the mighty God protect the nation of Israel and its people.
