An 18-month-old boy lived after falling seven floors and re-bounding off a Paris, France cafe awning into the arms of a passer-by, per witnesses Tuesday.
A doctor was on the street in front of the tobacco store, when his son got his attention of a small child on a balcony. In an instant, the toddler was falling seven floors. Philippe Bensignor moved/positioned himself to catch the child, and the toddler dropped into his arms.
The boy had been left alone in the family apartment in northern Paris with his sister by their parents, who were taken into custody afterwards- an official stated.
A real miracle, shared the cafe’s barman, who gave his name as Gaby as he pointed to a small tear in the awning where the toddler bounded off.
It has not been confirmed how the incident occurred, but it is positive that a stranger kept the child from serious harm.
