Democrats Promote Losing Candidates as Fashionable

If you haven’t returned from your trip to Mars yet, look at what the Democrats promote presently as their cure for President Donald Trump. It might cause your spaceship to crash upon landing like their chances look in 2020.

Beto The Loser

The most ridiculous of the ridiculous candidates must be Beto O’Rourke, failed Texas senatorial candidate and former marginal congressman. The wanna-be Bobby Kennedy with all his arm waving and pop culture mannerisms is an utter joke on the national scene. It used to be you must win some sort of political victory within your state, but O’Rourke qualifies instead for a ‘participation trophy.’

This is O’Rourke’s qualification to run the free world. But he is not alone among the Democratic contenders. At least Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren launched their candidacies with a political platform. O’Rourke was best described by Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as someone who “brought a great vitality.”

Whatever that means, we move on to other unqualified talking heads in the Democratic presidential sweepstakes.

losing candidates for democrats - beto o'rourke one of several.

Stacy ‘Carnac the Magnificent’ Abrams

There is another participation trophy winner the Demos are looking at. Introducing failed Georgia governor candidate Stacey Abrams. She’s such a hit with Democrats, she got the job of delivering the rebuttal to Trump’s State of the Union speech in early February.

Apparently, she was so confident of her answers to his points that it was pre-taped before he even delivered it. She’s better than Carnac the Magnificent.

Stacy claims foreign policy experience as a “former term member of the Council on Foreign Relations” as well as “a Council on Italy Fellow, a British-American Project Fellow, a Salzburg Seminar-Freeman Fellow on U.S.-East Asian Relations, a Salzburg Seminar Fellow on youth and civic engagement and a Yukos Fellow on U.S.-Russian Relations.”

Impressive credentials when applying for a junior position at a left-wing think tank, but President of the United States? It appears she is vying for the nomination against Larry, Moe and Curly.

Abrams’ opponent, Beto “Bobby Kennedy look-alike” O’Rourke at least can say he has experience on the House Armed Services Committee. One thing they have in common is that they are both losing candidates.

Emotional Democrat Arguments

The Democrats will scream that Trump never ran for a statewide office. That’s very true. He never lost one either. Trump ran as a highly successful outsider and not a failed insider with a bloated resume of nonsense.

The arguments from the left will be endless and highly emotional. After they level the usual accusations of racism, bigotry, extremism, non-inclusiveness, no compassion, intolerance, on and on, in the end, the Democrats embrace losers and hope voters do too. Losing candidates are probably not the right answer. At least, not for Democrats.
