Illegal Immigration Figures Are Dramatically Down

The mainstream media continues to produce national stories about Donald Trump that remind one of diverting a child’s attention to the shiny object across the room. Important stories of a factual nature are relegated to the inside pages of newspapers or brief snippets on network newscasts.

But occasionally a national story is so important, the hateful media is basically forced to cover it. Take for example a recent article in the New York Times.

The anti-Trump voice of the far left ran a feature column in which the paper discussed President Trump’s illegal immigration crackdown with a shocking conclusion; it’s working. The Times reluctantly ascertained real success has been reached in the enforcement of immigration laws presently on the books.

Although the tone of the article dwelled on the “plight” of those illegally entering the U.S., it concluded that many of these people had second thoughts after Trump was elected. Shockingly, the Times concluded that Trump’s policies are working.

They wrote, ” … his (Trump) approach to immigration already seems to have led to sharp declines in the flow of migrants from Central America bound for the United States. From February through May, the number of undocumented immigrants stopped or caught along the southwest border of the United States fell 60 percent from the same period last year, according to United States Customs and Border Protection.”

The illegal immigration situation is changing dramatically. A lawful border net has been created. Arrests of immigrants living illegally in the United States have soared, with the biggest increase coming among those migrants. Liberals are quick to argue that the majority have no criminal record. But the real reason for that is, under the Obama administration, they weren’t charged with the crime of crossing the border illegally.

The difference is the mindset of this administration. A person is now considered illegal for violating existing law. You are considered to have broken the law if you do not respect it. A crime has been committed if you enter the country illegally. The word is out that a “ticket” will not be issued. You will be deported.

The result is stemming the flow of illegal immigration prolifically. Combined with a crackdown that is ongoing from the Department of Justice towards so-called sanctuary cities that harbor illegals, America is reclaiming its borders.

The story will come as a great surprise to many readers. It is a needle in a haystack of Russian conspiracy stories, fake impeachment probes and attacks on Trump and anyone affiliated with him or his administration.
