After a 22-hour massive manhunt of the second suspect of devastating Boston bombing earlier this week, the Boston Police finally captured alive the 19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev after a gunfight.
Reports say the suspect was bleeding and in serious condition. He was admitted to a nearby Boston hospital.
Boston Police found Tsarnaev hiding in the stern of a boat parked in the backyard of a house in Watertown where a resident reportedly called police after spotting blood on the boat.
Boston Marathon Bombing an act of terrorism
US President Obama described Monday’s bombing as an act of terrorism and considered the worst such attack on US soil since September 11, 2001.

The brothers were originally from Russia’s Chechnya region. Both are suspected of setting off bombs made in pressure cookers and packed with ball bearings and nails at the crowded finish line of Boston Marathon. The blasts reportedly killed three people and injuring 176.
US saddened and shocked by the bombings
After the attack made headlines across USA and globally, US Secretary of State John Kerry issued statements saying that the entire State Department family joins President Obama in offering their deepest condolences and sympathies to the families and loved ones of all those killed and injured in the April 15 attacks in Boston.
As a Bostonian, Secretary Kerry said the cowardly act of terrorism hit his home on a personal level, and has only continued to sadden and anger him these last two days.
“It defies words to hear of children killed and horribly maimed on the streets of my city.” – Secretary Kerry
He says it is sickening to see his home turned into a place of carnage on a Patriots Day holiday.
However, he is also reminded that in the selfless rush of first responders and ordinary citizens into the smoke and haze to help people they didn’t even know, that the heart of Boston beat stronger than ever before.

“As Secretary of State, I would underscore that this attack on America was also an attack on people everywhere, as the Boston Marathon has always been an international event that brings countries and peoples closer together.” – Secretary Kerry
Who are the Tsarnaev brothers?
The two brothers named Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, and the 19-year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev originally from Russia’s Chechnya region. Bothth reportedly are follower of radical Islam and strong believer.
The older brother was killed on Thursday night in a shootout with police.
During confrontations with the Boston Police, Tamerlan suffered fatal wounds, while Dzhokhar escaped on foot.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev was reportedly southpaw heavyweight boxer who represented New England in the National Golden Gloves. His younger brother, Dzhokhar, was a skateboarder who listened to rap music.
The Boston bombing suspects were reported refugees from war-racked Chechnya.
