GEI, the region’s leading Eye Care chain, formally announced the launch of its regional eye clinic and surgery centre, GEI Mohali, here yesterday. GEI Mohali, located at the premises of Ivy Hospital, Sector 71, Mohali, was inaugurated by His Excellency Governor of Punjab, Gen. (Retd.) SF Rodrigues. With the launch of GEI Mohali, GEI is bringing its signature premier eye care services at affordable rates to the residents of Mohali.
GEI’s flagship centre, GEI Chandigarh, was established in 1993 with the aim of providing top quality eye care services. GEI is the world’s fourth JCI accredited chain of eye care hospitals and the first in India to be certified ISO 9001:2000. Joint Commission International (JCI), US, is the international division of the Joint Commission, the body that certifies hospitals in the US. JCI Accreditation is the world’s highest quality accreditation for hospitals outside the US.
GEI Mohali caters to all major eye ailments ranging from retinal disorders, glaucoma and cataract in adults to squint in children and more.
