Is Kosovo’s Status Resolved Forever?

Apart from reached agreement between Belgrade and Pristina (19 April 2013), signed in Brussels by Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic and Hashim Thaci Prime Minister of Kosovo with the EU’s Foreign policy and Security Chief Catherine Ashton to normalize relations between Kosovo and Serbia, it will never change the current status of Kosovo as independent and sovereign country due to the fact that historically Kosovo belongs to the Ethnic Albania, not to colonial Serbia at all (1912-1999).

Reason to write this editorial is an official statement alleged by Serbia’s current president Tomislav Nikolic on Monday, June3, 2013 in Belgrade in his meeting with Philipe Douste-Blazy undersecretary general of the United Nations and Franc’s former Minister of Foreign Affairs, who among other highlighted that “Serbia will never recognize Kosovo, but its willing to make agreements on all other issues with interim institutions in Prishtina in order to protect the rights of Serbs in southern province”.

Even according to this statement, repeated dozens of times, not only by current President Tomislav Nikolic, but by all the previous presidents and prime ministers of Serbia, since the fall of Slobodan Milosevic, until today (2000-213), also according to the Constitution of Serbia which has entered into force in 2006, implies that “Kosovo is Serbia’s province.”(!?)

However, despite official claims of political authorities in Belgrade, as well as highlighting Constitution in force, the Kosovo during its history, never has been legal property of Serbia, nor Yugoslavia, but only a 100-year colonial plunder (1912 -1999). This is the truth, not political, diplomatic and propaganda tale of the government and state institutions of Serbia and the Serbian Orthodox Church, allegedly, together would “settle up at the end of the Kosovo issue”, considered it as “southern territory of Serbia”.

This is a sui generis fraud, which belongs romantic tales and myths of Serbia, which is fed wrong the people, the church and the Serbian state by lying and by deceiving themselves that Kosovo Albanian allegedly “was the cradle and the holy land of Serbia”. However, objective and realistic history about Kosovo, speaks completely differently, denying the false historiography of the Serbian scientific academy, and the false politics of the Serbian state government and Serbian orthodox church, because Kosovo has never been legal territory of Serbia, but only the Ethnic Albania.

Indeed, this truth, also proves and this axiomatic conclusion that “Kosova, 90% Albanian in population, was conquered by Serbia in 1912, and again after World War Two. It was a colony of Serbia for most of the 20th century. Its people have a right to self-determination.”

This truth, must bear in mind, the current president of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Irinej, and the Academy of Sciences and Arts of Serbia, because Kosovo is not and, will never be more a colony of Serbia. This should be clear to Belgrade (today and tomorrow) forever.

Therefore, Tomislav Nikolic and the Serbian government, can bind hundred agrements with the current government in Pristina, considering it as their “temporary institutions” (where by the deviant logic Serbian paranoid politics, means that those governmental and the state institutions of Kosovo, “are temporary and illegal within territory of Serbia!?), but Kosovo, neither de facto nor de jure never will be a colony of Serbia, because of the fact that Kosovo from 17 February 2008 is an independent and sovereign state, which has been recognized by 90 countries of the international community.

Serbia can not ever recognizes the sovereign Republic of Kosovo, but it will never be the pawn imperialist colonial Serbia, because Serbia has never been legal in Kosovo, because Serbia has first laid its foundation on today’s Montenegro.

This justifies and the Serbian hisotory, according to which “The coronation of the first Serbian king in 1077 was made in Zeta, today’s territory of Montenegro. Meanwhile, the Second Serbian Kingdom under Nemanjic’s was created in Raska (today’s Serbia), which its Nemanjic dynasty called it Serbia “.

So, at that time, there had any kind of Serbia in Kosovo, but only a ruling Bulgarian kingdom.

In this context, Kosovo is not a matter of territorial dispute, because historically it has been an integral part of Ethnic Albania. However there are two prevalent irrational and outlaw factors that make the optimal solution for Kosovo problematic: (1) the regressive politics of Great-Serbian colonialism which even today, after the overturn of the anti-Albanian and genocidal regime of Slobodan Milosevic (1989-1999), continues to consider Albanian Kosovo as its “legal and legitimate property” and (2) the traditional real politics of the new Bismark in today’s so called integral, multiethnic and democratic European nations; the unabashed bias in their political philosophy made evident in their decisions to include Serbia in an international debate to resolve Kosovo’s status.

Kosovo’s status is resolved forever (February17, 2008).

In this sense, Belgrade Serbian authorities can not do anything to change current political status of Republic of Kosovo because it’s closed on February 17, 2008 where Kosovo gained its independence. Thank to the United States and European Union. Since then, Kosovo is recognized more than 90 countries of the international community.
