Folsom’s Thursday Night Market added new entertainment from the Folsom Lake Ballet and Stages Tap group, on Thursday Evening. Thanks to Stage Nine Theater for organizing the stage. Music and MC provided by “Perfect Sounds” mobile DJ.
The venue was the Hacienda parking lot at the corner of Sutter Street and Riley, in the Historic District.
The dances were extremely popular and afterwards, members of the audience were invited to participate, to learn a few tap steps.
The ballet demonstration shown in the video below was beautifully executed by Emily Paris, a member of the Folsom Lake Civic Ballet, student of the Hawkins School of Performing Arts.
