‘I Don’t Know What Line I Crossed’- Ricky Gervais

British comic Ricky Gervais, 49, doesn’t seem too bothered by the negative reaction he has faced since hosting this year’s Golden Globes. He admitted, ‘I don’t know what line I crossed’.

Gervais made big news by insulting many A-listers at the Golden Globe Awards 2011. He introduced Bruce Willis as Ashton Kutcher’s dad.

Jennifer Lopez admitted that she was afraid of what Gervais would say when introducing her to present an award to the point of confronting Gervais back-stage.

“So I went backstage and I got him, right before we were about to go out. I can’t say everything I said, because you’d have to bleep me. I told him, ‘Listen, I’m from the Bronx, I fight, my husband fights. We’ll beat you up after the show. I mean it!’

“Talking about the walking dead, congratulations to Hugh Hefner, who is getting married at age 84 to 24-year-old beauty Crystal Harris. When asked why she was marrying him, she said, ‘He lied about his age. I thought he was 94,'” Gervais’ joke.

Hugh Hefner tweeted that he had no hard feelings towards Gervais.

The people who criticized my jokes obviously hadn’t seen my stand-up routine, Gervais said.
