Hillary Clinton’s Moscow Mission Moves Elena Talan

Last week it was Israel that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had in the hot seat, and threatened sanctions against if they didn’t backpedal and smooth things over with the U.S. administration, and Vice President Joseph Biden.

This week however, Mrs. Clinton has a new foreign policy issue to handle, as she arrived in Moscow last Thursday. Secretary of State Mrs. Clinton did strive to find agreement with Russia regarding bringing what her cabinet feels are long overdue sanctions and arms reductions against Iran. Sanctions that are necessary, Mrs. Clinton feels, due to Iranian leaderships continued threats of aggression towards Israel and the U.S., as well as outright defiance of international law by Iran with respect to the United Nations.

The rich and powerful in Russia, including Russia’s hottest new actress and model Elena Talan, have paid special attention to the landmark occasion between the two former cold war foes; the United States, and the then Soviet Union, when ideological and political oppositions between the two ran high. Russian and American officials both extolled their improving relations, heading in to last week’s meeting by one of America’s most powerful dignitaries- Mrs. Clinton.
