Imagination TV Inc. (otcqb: IMTV), says it has inked an agreement to air a two-hour block of its shows on Time Warner Cable, on Sundays, beginning May 9th, 2015.
The Time Warner announcement follows on the heels of the announcement last week of IMTV’s acquisition of Runway, the Fashion Media Company.
The hosted two-hour block for Time Warner Cable customers includes Imagination TV productions of UnCommon Denominator, Cooking For Bachelors 101 and Start-Up Stories. One-on-one interviews and speeches by the world’s most fascinating self-help motivators and producers will also be seen.
Time Warner Cable operates in 29 states, available in over 30 Million TV homes. It is the second largest cable company in the U.S.
Speaking about the agreement, Steven Samblis, Imagination TV’s CEO, said “It has been my lifelong dream to bring a hosted self-help network to television. I wanted to build a channel that would allow anyone to sit back and find the messages they need to kickstart and enhance their lives.”

IMTV builds its shows around the fascinating motivators, producers, educators, and authors, providing viewers with what their release says is an easily-accessible way to discover the best of the best in self-help.
The company will be tracking progress of the shows each week, and expects to expand into a full 24/7 channel, across multiple platforms.
The self-help market is estimated to be currently worth around 10 billion dollars, and growing.
IMTV generates revenue from ad sales and product sales. The sale of commercial spots during breaks will be handled by advertising sales company, WideShot, which recently signed an agreement with IMTV. E-books, videos and audio programs can be purchased online at imaginationtv.myshopify.com. During and after shows, hosts will refer viewers to the website for more information about the shows and guests they were just watching.
