During the holidays, I notice that many people tend to “check out.” They are busy planning parties, imbibing too much egg nog, worried about their mother in law’s upcoming visit, or whatever comes up as, frankly, a distraction at this time of year. Then, crawling back to work sometime around January 3, they are in a fog until mid month.
This is NOT the time to check out. If you want to grab market share, if you want to dominate, you must not let this season disperse your energies! Bear down and show up. You will take advantage of the weak-willed during the holidays.
