Starpower Management Secures First Wave of Funding

Starpower Management, the Los Angeles based model and talent management, publishing, and production company that confidentially represents numerous stars, and that managed Michael Jackson guitarist David Williams, announces today that the firm has just raised 1.2 million dollars in funding for their first feature film, written and produced by Starpower Management CEO Bruce Edwin.

The funding, secured by Bruce Edwin from a domestic private equity investor through debt equity for physical production, is now attached to the project that Bruce states is his first major motion picture; a thriller.

Bruce Edwin states, “We still need to raise more, but we are pleased that we now have this solid start. We can now begin physical production with our second unit after a few more roles are cast.” Mr. Edwin says principal shooting will begin in 2016, and one star (to be announced) is already attached.
