Both Rich and Cindy are multi-million dollar producers and co-founders of The Rich and Cindy Team, LLC.

Prior to getting involved in the real estate industry, Cindy developed and honed her sales and customer service skills in the hospitality industry, where she was Director of Events for a top rated golf resort and helped attract major corporate clients to the resort. Having grown up in a real estate family, her mother was an award winning multi-million dollar producer, real estate was a natural progression in her career. Rated in the top 3% of agents in Pinellas County, Cindy’s passion is providing great customer service to her customers and ensuring that transactions go smoothly.
Cindy is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and has earned the Professional Property Management Certificate.
Also a multi-million dollar producer, Rich specializes in Internet Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Rich worked in the financial service industry. He held various positions in engineering, systems, marketing, and market research.
