Hallelujah! Thank God for Wikileaks! Now the world knows that Catholic Bishops can be influenced, if you have plenty of money to splash around. If you have money, you don’t even need to contact the Bishops yourself. Use a second party to give money to a third party, a faith-based Judas organization to do the actual dirty work. The man with the cash for this experiment is George Soros, the billionaire who wants to reshape the world his way.
Soros the money changer. History repeats.
The amount of money spread around in this enterprise was huge, by most people’s standards, $650,000. That is small change for Soros. We learn that Soros and his team didn’t talk to the Bishops individually, they gave money to at least two other organizations. Those organizations then did Soros’ dirty work for him.
Judas-1 and Judas-2? Judas Iscariot would be proud!
Planting The Seeds
In February this year, a report was written on the effectiveness of the Fund’s efforts. That report, written by Andrea Batista Schlesinger and Nathan McKee, was uncovered by Wikileaks.
Here is the report’s opening paragraph. The second sentence is revealing!
“The U.S. Opportunities Fund allows U.S. Programs (USP) and the Open Society Policy Center (OSPC) to respond rapidly to unexpected developments that create an opportunity to advance OSF strategy or to protect open society against further threat. It also provides USP with a means to make bold investments in new ideas, seeds that can be planted at scale to move forward a new way of advancing our strategy.” (emphasis mine)
John-Henry Westen, at LifeSiteNews wrote a headline yesterday “Leaked e-mails show George Soros paid $650K to influence bishops during Popes US visit.”
One of three points in the report shows their goal:
“Buy-in of individual bishops to more publicly voice support of economic and racial justice messages in order to begin to create a critical mass of bishops who are aligned with the Pope.”
It would be interesting to discover how the Pope feels about the church being manipulated by Soros, through his own bishops.
The report also shows that this was not a one-time effort. The behind-the-scenes manipulation of the Catholic church has been going on for some time.
No word yet, on whether the catholic bishops realized they were being manipulated to provide an outcome for Soros’ left-wing designs.
What is known is that Soros has also put his money into a worldwide effort to end pro-life laws.
More Than Catholic Bishops Being Manipulated
Reading through this report is very revealing. The Soros organization is like an octopus colony, stretching out around the world, trying to shape the world into the way he wants it.
The Pope wasn’t Soros’ only target. They targeted the Supreme Court. The report says “The outcomes achieved exceeded expectations in almost all respects.” It’s good to know you can pay people to pressure The Supreme Court as well as the Catholic Church!
It also appears that Black Lives matter more when you can feed them a few hundred thousand dollars ($656,000 actually). It’s interesting to note that pittance was followed up with $367,500 to take the total to a million dollars. Read the PDF report and you will see how Soros helped to organize this group. No wonder they were all smiling as well as being angry.
John-Henry Westen’s story noted that “Board Minutes from the May 2015 meeting of Soros Open Society Foundation in New York reveal that in the planning stages of the papal visit initiative, the group planned to work through one of the Pope’s key advisors, Cardinal Oscar Rodriguez Maradiaga, naming him specifically in the report. In order to seize on the opportunity provided by the Popes visit to the US, says the report, we will support PICO’s organizing activities to engage the Pope on economic and racial justice issues, including using the influence of Cardinal Rodriguez, the Popes senior advisor, and sending a delegation to visit the Vatican in the spring or summer to allow him to hear directly from low-income Catholics in America.”
Who knew that greasing so many palms would be so easy and profitable? Interesting that it could shape the Catholic church. Also that America could be shaped so that patriotic Americans would give in to a different America designed by George Soros.
So we really owe a debt of gratitude to Wikileaks. And maybe we could even thank Obama for saying his would be the most open administration ever. Even if it only happened due to Wikileaks and watchdogs like Judicial Watch.
