Growing up in Ottawa with a mother who studied fashion at Concordia and later taught sewing and garment constructing at home has its benefits. Monika quickly began making outfits for herself and her friends, realizing her passion was giving women empowerment and a feeling of true beauty through feminine clothing.

“As a teenager, I was a retailer’s dream. I loved dressing

I had my own ideas and always felt that I could do something different than what I was seeing in stores so I started designing my own creations and people started asking where I got the outfits,” says Monika of how she discovered her passion for designing.

From designing for herself and friends to designing for the public, Monika has always wanted to share her vision of femininity, confidence and beauty. Looking different and standing out in a crowd in a good way is something Monika wants every mini mini customer to experience.

From the feeling of the luxurious materials against your skin, to the feminine silhouettes complimenting your body and unique embellishments to add drama to your outfit, mini mini is all about true beauty and bringing quality together with affordability. Keeping mini mini affordable is very important to Monika, as she wants to bring her vision to all women.
