Stacy Stay Lo Reile Pretty and Pretty Tough

Super Bantamweight boxer Stacy Reile traded in her Macintosh apples and New York winters for Florida oranges and Miami sunshine. But this physical trainer and massage therapist plans to keep ties to the Big Apple and capture a few boxing titles by agreeing to sign on with 2008 “WIBA Manager of the Year” David Selwyn who handles women champions and top fighters such as Eileen Olszewski, Jill Emery and Ronica Jeffrey.

Stacy’s bubbly personality and attractive appearance belie her ability and ring potential. Ambidextrous, with a jab that snaps sharp, accurate and crisp, knock out power with both hands, strong legs and not to mention a tough chin, she feels her time has come.

Enthusiastic and confident, she overcame distractions and fought hard when the odds were against her. Although often fighting on short notice without time to prepare, sometimes as little as a few days, then dealing with jetlag, unenthusiastic trainers or management, no one to complain after taking late hits after the bell and generally dealing with the fight-game on her own, she still managed an 8-1 professional record against some tough opponents. New Manager David Selwyn states, “She needs somebody that will look out for her, and get her the match’s she needs. She’s hungry for a title.”

Stacy hopes to someday open her own Gym and Health Spa. In the mean time, boxing fans get ready for action.
