Census: The Smell of Desperation Is Evident on the Left

The far left is in desperation mode. It is now becoming a regular event to watch Donald Trump draw circles around their profoundly damaged ideology. The latest proof of this is the census controversy.

Census Undercuts Democracy?

Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez, in all his questionable wisdom, said Tuesday that the Trump administration’s decision to ask all Americans about their citizenship on the 2020 census undercuts American democracy. Huh?

The usually decomposing Perez is joined by the usual anti-Trump organizations that have a standard when questioned what they are angry about; “What do you got?” This time is it about simply asking on the basic census form about citizenship.

Whoa Nelly! Them is fighting words to the left. As hysterical Perez points out, and I do not mean the point on his head, “This is a craven attack on our democracy and a transparent attempt to intimidate immigrant communities.” Really?

Old Question

Let’s not think about the fact the census has regularly asked about citizenship in the past. No, that would be too cut and dry. State the fact that at least three different government surveys still ask about it.

You see Tom, the census is supposed to include every person residing in the U.S. at the time it’s taken. It is apparent you have never read the Constitution of your country, nor probably care to. Yes, we all know you and other anti-anything Trump activists believe the question is being included in order to intimidate people.

But you see Tommy, by not responding, that taints the overall count costing those communities political power and/or government assistance. Is that a good thing?

Voting Rights

Never mind the country needs to know these figures so it can better enforce the Voting Rights Act. That is all lies and innuendo, right? What isn’t is the fact you side with ridiculous anti-American gibberish in the hopes of recruiting future bobble heads that will provide you the one thing you truly want; power.
