First West Coast Panera Bread Drive Through Opens Today

Panera Bread Citrus Heights has issued a call to all their fans, to be among the first to experience Panera’s first drive-thru on the West Coast.

The grand opening of Panera Bread Citrus Heights is today (Tuesday), but last night the bakery-cafe hosted a “sneak peek” drive-thru event offering free tastes of the latest menu items including the famed mint crinkle cookie, all natural steak chili with cornbread and peppermint hot chocolate.

The Panera Bread at Sunrise Marketplace, is perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner with a full range of cafe, signature and hot panini sandwiches, salads and soups as well as the bakery-cafe’s signature bread loaves. There is also a wide variety of bagels, pastries and sweets, smoothies plus specialty coffees and espresso drinks.

Panera Bread’s identity is rooted in handcrafted, fresh-baked, artisan bread. The baker is committed to providing great tasting, quality food that people can trust.

Highlighted by antibiotic free chicken, whole grain bread, select organic and all-natural ingredients and a menu with zero grams artificial trans fat per serving, Panera’s bakery-cafe selection offers flavorful, wholesome offerings.
