Lohan freed, ahead of schedule, Tuesday after the new judge in her case agreed with doctors that she was diagnosed incorrectly.
It was thought, believed, that Lohan is a drug abuser with psychological problems.
She was sentenced to 90 days, but did less than 3 weeks. She visited jail for 2 weeks for violating terms of her probation from DUI arrests.
It’s reported she was released on the grounds of good behavior, and to help with over-crowding.
“We will support whatever the doctors recommend,” Jane Robison- DA spokeswoman.
Lohan’s lawyer will ask a judge, this morning, to approve her early release from UCLA Medical Center. Lohan isn’t expected to attend.
She was escorted out of the Medical Center’s back door into a waiting limousine.
