Comedy Legend Robin Williams Dies at 63

Robin’s memories linger forever!

The Oscar-winning actor comedian Robin Williams was found dead in his California home due to alleged suicide.

According to reports received, he allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself using a belt.

The actor’s wife Susan Schneider has confirmed his death through the actor’s publicist.

The famous actor was last seen alive at the house that he shared with Schneider in San Francisco at about 10pm on Sunday night.

Reports have circulated that Mr. Williams had been battling severe depression prior to his death.

Looking Back

Robin Williams was born in Chicago, and discovered his passion for acting in high school. He moved to New York City to study at Juilliard alongside Christopher Reeve.

He first started doing stand-up comedy and working in television. His first appearance in movies started with an alien role in “Happy Days.” Finally in 1978, he dazzled the entertainment industry with his role in “Mork & Mindy,” for which he won a Golden Globe.

US Secretary of State John Kerry issued a statement, expressing his sadness on the death of the prominent actor.

He said Mr. Williams’ humor was expansive.

“He was an absolute genius, with an extraordinary zest for his profession.” – Secretary Kerry

Secretary Kerry said Mr. Williams wasn’t just a huge creative genius, but a caring, involved citizen.

“Teresa and I join the millions he inspired around the world in offering our deepest condolences to his family at this immensely difficult moment.” – Secretary Kerry
