Tugboats and a seaplane takeoff, add romantic view of Brooklyn Bridge, sprinkle with stars and a Statue of Liberty red and orange-purple sunset, mix in some Salsa Rhythm and Foxtrot, and you have magic on the water. Patrons danced away to an elegant evening, keeping in mind that proceeds go to help orphaned or abused dogs and cats.
